Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, PrinTech3D LLC does not accept returns. Each item is printed specifically for your order and cannot be restocked or resold. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of every item we produce. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at printech3dllc@gmail.com and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos clearly showing the damage or defect
Once we review your submission, we will offer your choice of a full replacement or a complete refund , whichever you prefer. We will cover all costs associated with resolving the issue; you will not be asked to ship anything back.
